If you answered No to a significant number of these questions then you are missing huge opportunities to improve and grow your organizations.
Let's imagine you are a fictional business owner. Here are some thoughts you may have while working through the questions above:
If I am honest with myself the answer to many of these questions is no. Opportunities are frequently slipping through my fingers and my employees do not understand the business and what it takes to be successful in the long term. I don’t feel like I have a plan for long term success and am feeling the weight of the business on my shoulders. I do not have anyone I can confide in who understands and would be able to give me valuable input.
I decided to check out Lead Engage Agency website and see what I could learn. What I found made me think. I read and reread the blog on “What Your Success Number Can Tell You” and had never really thought about a single success number that would become the focus of my business. But I can see the value in this. I also realized after reading the blog on “How Business Owners and CEO’s can step away from their Posts” that I do not do a very good job of involving my employees in the business. I just ask them to do their jobs.
The process defined in the “What We Do” tab also made a lot of sense. It makes sense to start with an assessment and to engage more effectively with my employees and get their ideas. I also like the idea of a playbook that defines the plan for the next year with the heart beat being the agreed success number. It made sense that we all need to coach the playbook and continually mentor for success. Doing this would be a significant change and would require me, my managers, and the entire organization to communicate and interact very differently than we do today.
After considering this, I decided I have nothing to lose in asking for an initial consultation with Lead Engage Agency. I may like what they have to say and it may be just what I need to take my business to the next level.
