Lead Engage Agency was created to impact people’s lives. Many of the people I have interacted with in business settings over the years do not enjoy what they are doing, do not feel like they have a purpose, and are just looking to make it through the day. That is not a way to live life and is not what we were designed to do.
I have been there. I have had times when I was not having much fun. I was just working to make it through the day. It does not have to be this way. You can work really hard, have a lot of fun, and have great business success. In fact, I would claim that part of the reason for the business success is because we are having fun. You can truly have it all.
Too often I have felt like I needed to do it all. Without me, things would fall apart. Without me controlling everything, it will not happen. I am sure you have been there and have similar experiences. I have learned that this is not sustainable and not the way to grow a long-term profitable business. The reality is that the more you try to maintain control, the more you lose control.
Over the next several months we are going to explore what makes a company truly great, what causes people to feel like they have value, can make a difference, and are having a positive impact on the world around them.
