I have been part of organizations that got it right and those that got it wrong. I am a risk taker and out of the box thinker. I have jumped into situations that many say I was crazy to take on! I am happy to say that the successes have outpaced the failures, but also admit that I learned the most from the failures.
These experiences around the world have put me in a position to be able to help organizations improve their success. We believe everything rises and falls on leadership. Leaders need to communicate a compelling reason for being, build trust with employees and stakeholders, listen actively, value their input and ideas, and be transparent with the state of the business. Leaders need to provide coaching, teaching, and mentorship if they are to successfully engage employees and stakeholders in developing their playbook for success.
