Last month we continued with Rob’s story as they began to implement their PlayBook and worked through some of the struggles that organizations always encounter when implementing change. We talked about the importance of going slow to go fast, taking the time to explain, listen, and address concerns while working to bring everyone along in the journey.
We introduced TeamPlay as one of the tools to implement the PlayBook. We discussed how this tool can make change more fun, give people a feeling of having control over what they are doing, get team members more actively involved, and celebrate success along the way.
From all of this, I hope that the importance of communication, listening, supporting team members, and building trust came through.
This month we will provide additional PlayBook details. We will discuss meetings and how they are structured using the PlayBook process. We will also give you tips and pointers to guide in communication and tracking the Success Number.
We hope you gain some valuable insights and ideas that will improve your company or organizations performance.
