How are you doing in executing your PlayBook?
In the last leadership journal, we talked about goals and the importance of having meaningful goals to run your business or organization. We used a story to show what can go wrong as you introduce goals, the common mistake of having too many goals, not involving everyone in establishing goals, and not having clear actions and plans to achieve the goals.
We then introduced the term “Success Number” and its importance relative to the “PlayBook” process. We read about the learning and insights that Rob had as we worked through the assessment process, reviewed assessment results, and established their first “Success Number” and “PlayBook”.
Hopefully, you have been able to take some of what was discussed and use it to improve what you do. I hope it has made you think and has made you ask some hard questions of yourself, your leadership team, and all of your employees.
This month we continue Rob’s story as they begin to execute the PlayBook and work through struggles they encountered when implementing change.
Next month we will provide additional “PlayBook” details.
We hope you gain some valuable insights and ideas that will improve your company or organization's performance.
